What goes great with all sorts of cheeses? Bread. Little does the world know, my wife the cheesemonger is also an incredible breadmaker! Woman of many talents. Growing up she actually made her own bread and had a little neighborhood business - her first job was also at a breadshop! I can just imagine little Lib, one-upping all the lemonade stands, finagling the neighbors, selling like only those with persian blood can sell!
The bread is wholewheat of course. Libby ground the wheat herself with our wheat grinder. I'll admit I was skeptical about having yet another kitchen appliance, but I am now a believer.

and that little business of hers was pretty intense. she had lots of families who bought it week after week and were sad when she stopped.
