Thanks for Visiting Guys!

Dinner with the cousins! Neibaur, Leila, and their beautiful boy Paolo.
Hanging shoes everywhere. James said he read on urban dictionary that they can signal places for drug drop offs (that one I'd heard before) or the can be the shoes of a guy who literally got beat up in that spot and they took his shoes and threw them up there (news to me). Hm - anyone else have any ideas about the hanging shoes?
As you can tell we snuck this picture. HORNS! This guy seriously looked like he had freaky horns growing out of his head!!! Yes, the picture is accurate - the dreads come down in front of his face to the side and kinda block his vision a little. Crazy! One solid mass of non moving hair.
Mmmmmm. Here we are at Vanessa's (famous) dumplings. We bought 50 frozen *handmade veggie dumplings to have for dinner on Sunday. Of course while we were there we had to sample the menu. Delish!
Okok, so we ate a lot this weekend? So?! THIS is the most amazing doughnut place in nyc. Wowey. Really made all my doughnut dreams come true . Come visit and we will take you there.

This is James anticipating his first bite of the best doughnut of his life: "So many options! How will I choose?" We laughed at this picture because he looks so child-like, sitting there waiting for his treat. haha.
These guys were serious about handball...a couple didn't even wear gloves!

More China town. Wynn and I really wanted to find some funny asian stationary (the kind that has a small rabbit wearing overalls saying something like 'happy overall friend forever' - no luck though). It was sooo fun having family in town. We hope you guys come back soon! And to all the rest of you - come visit! We have a couple of nice air-o beds waiting for you!

So if one pair of shoes signals a drug drop...three must signal that a pallet has been delivered. The shoe thing was commonly understood in the suburbs and also is the mantra in the sticks--so it must be true! But you'd have to wonder...why would they signal to the police where the drug deals were going down? The criminal mind at work... That's all I have, Leanna...err, Dad M
