Only three days away...

Wow, it is hard to believe that this event I have been working on for the past several months is only days away...I can't wait for it to be over with! There are so many details it's crazy. We are down to the wire and now it's all detail work - we still need about 30 more sandwiches donated, name tags and signs need to be printed, the patients need to receive a reminder call, details on the flow of the day and exactly how everything will work once patients arrive. I probably left out a few details.

As crazy as everything is right now it will be amazing. We will be providing free dental work for 90 + kids. There will be shifts of 35 different hygienists, about 18 dentists and dental assistants and a host of other general volunteers. A lot of people have put in a ton of work for this event to come together and it's going to be wonderful...I'll let you know how it went.

p.s. My mother is so wonderful, she went to Costco yesterday and left us a ton of wonderful groceries, it was like Christmas when we got home discovering all the delicious food she left. Thanks Mom and Dad!!!!!

You sound ready, organized and set to go! Good luck dear, I know it will be a very significant event. Much work has gone into this event. If I can help with sandwiches, name tags ahead of time or calling I would love to do so. Call me. I will be driving down to Provo today to do granite stuff.

This is such a great event! It's easy to forget that there are many kids out there that don't have access to decent dental care--but this event will serve the needs of many--in a big way! They're so lucky to have you, Libby, serving in a leadership role! You'll sleep so well Saturday night after the event! Dad M
